It’s one of the first treats I discovered when I embarked on my low carb journey. Not long after, I discovered “Fat Bombs.” They are also sometimes called “Refrigerator Candy.” If you haven’t searched the internet for these little morsels of goodness, I highly recommend that you do so now. I will be adding a few of my own over the next few months, but in the meantime, get out there and see what you can find!
Adapted from the above recipe, chocolate chips and cream cheese come together for a treat that satisfies the sweet tooth and the need for satiety found in fat.
These little bites don’t pack as much of a fat punch as some other recipes out there, but I like them even more because of that! I can eat one and be quickly satisfied, as my appetite is held at bay until dinner is ready. Don't forget to comment and let me what you think!
